You’re going to wind up cholesterol, obesity, and when you could’ve done back problems is straightforward exercise. If you’re looking for that ‘hotshot’ boss look, why don’t you stay in shape? In this world, you can’t afford to resemble a spare barrel at the job market.
Exercise may bore you to tears and require some of your time, but eventually you’ll enjoy it. It will be appreciated by members of the other sex as well, and it may even appeal to them better than an obese pocket. Stop putting that fitness excursion off and make room for your wellbeing – that is all that matters.
